Susan Richter, a certified nurse, visited the Montville Rotary Club on Wednesday, 7:30 am, at the iHop in Boonton, and talked about Enzymes. Enzymes are "the spark of life". Without them, life would not exists. Nature puts enzymes in raw food to aid in the digestive process so that the body's enzymes would not have to do all the work. If you eat food that is steamed, boiled, roasted, fried, stewed, canned, pasteurized, or even microwaved,

you need food enzymes. Enzymes are the most heat sensitive nutrients found in food. And when the enzymes are missing, the body is forced to produce all the enzymes necessary for digestion. Lack of enzymes might be the cause of fatigue, bowel irregularity, abdominal fast, and headaches and many other symptoms.
